Who am I: I live at home with my parents, and I am living with a learning disability, epilepsy, and can display behaviours that communicate distress. I enjoy accessing the community and like to go to Chelmsford, Basildon and Colchester to the coffee shops and charity shops. I also enjoy swimming at Riverside Leisure Centre in Chelmsford, so will need you to be happy to get into the swimming pool. I love my plants and enjoy going to the garden centres or looking around shops like The Range and Poundland so that I can buy pots and hanging baskets
What do I need:
I require a patient Support Worker that has excellent communication skills, where reassurance, continuity and consistency are vital to my daily routines, and someone who likes to get out and about and can swim.

Support Worker Requirements
To apply for this role, you will need to have at least 6 months care experience based in the UK in the care sector, supporting individual(s) with Learning Disabilities, Epilepsy and Challenging behaviour and must have excellent communication skills.
