Weekend Showroom Host required for a family run business in Southampton Salary DOE We are seeking a talented weekend Showroom Host to join our clients team in Southampton, Hampshire in a weekend role. Objectives
- Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times
- Ensure all customers and visitors receive a pleasant and courteous welcome, promoting the professional image of the company
- Answer all internal and external calls swiftly and direct them effectively
- Help Retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
- Ensure the Reception/Welcome Area of the business is kept clear of clutter at all times
- Ensure any personal items are kept out of sight Measures
- Showroom Audit
- Customer satisfaction (CEM)
- Conversion and follow-up rates
- Mystery Shopping
- Quarterly & Annual Reviews Key Tasks
- Record each sales opportunity, contact and follow-up accurately onto daily activity control system
- Maintain the Service Log throughout the day and update customers accordingly
- Assist the Sales Manager / Brand Manager in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximise Vehicle sales
- Approach and receive customers promptly and courteously at all times
- Handle dissatisfied customers calmly, resolve complaints with sensitivity and involve the Sales Manager / Aftersales Manager or Brand Manager when needed
- Maintain a tidy work area
