Job Title: Office Coordinator & Personal Assistant
Hours: Part time, 30 hours per week - flexible hours
As the Office Coordinator and Executive PA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of the office and assisting the senior leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Screening and directing calls, emails, and visitors to the appropriate individuals
Organising and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
