We are looking for experienced carers to work with vulnerable Adults, children and young people who challenge the system, children with Autism and children with challenging behaviour. To take them out in the Community to access different activities.
Role Description
This is a full-time/part-time role for a Care Worker in Luton, Dunstable and Houghton Regis. The Care Worker will be responsible for providing day-to-day care services to individuals in need, they will work with the individual to promote their independence, well-being, and dignity through empathetic, compassionate care.
· Such as: personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, and medication management.
Qualifications
· Experience in providing personal care and mobility assistance.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
· Compassionate, empathetic, and patient attitude towards service users
· Willingness to undergo training and development.
· Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus.
· A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation is a plus.
