The Digital Services Department has implemented a new structure to ensure it can most effectively support the Trust on its digital transformation journey.
As this is a bank role, flexibility to working on any of our site locations would be beneficial as work will be required across all hospital sites in Lincolnshire.
This post is advertised to provide support to the department in delivery of equipment (PCs, laptops, carts, thin clients etc.) and software (Microsoft 365) as the Trust continues to expand and develop its digital strategy. The extra staff resource is required in order to ensure the team can deliver equipment to areas to support the increased use of digital technologies to support transformation.
Applicants will need to demonstrate a high level of customer service, as interaction with staff at all levels of the organisation is key to this role.
Successful candidates will work within a busy Digital Services Department and will have the opportunity to develop and learn within an environment of experienced staff. This post will provide exposure to a very diverse digital environment, not often found outside of the NHS and will provide experience that will be beneficial to anyone interested in seeking progress within the Trust to other roles as and when they occur or to other posts inside and outside of the NHS.
New staff will be supported by an already established team of staff, ensuring they are supported to learn the specific requirements of the roles.
