You will work closely with the team within the department and the Secretarial team ensuring we deliver an efficient and effective service to our patients.
Candidates should possess a professional attitude towards their work and have the ability to work flexibly in a busy environment. You will ideally have experience of working as a receptionist and administrative processes and practices.
You will be required to work as part of a team, as well as being able to use your own initiative and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines in a busy department.

The post holder will be required to undertake duties as appropriate including reception, attending patients for their appointments, making appointments, answering telephone enquiries, and clinic preparation. The post holder will undertake other admin duties deemed appropriate within the department.
